This is a simple plan, that you can do everyday, and never go hungry. You will choose 5 replacement meals during the day, which are perfect for any kind of lifestyle. Also during the day you will also eat a lean and green meal, which I will explain below.

Lean and Green Meal
The lean and green meal can be made at home, ate on the go, or eaten in a restaurant as long as you follow the guidelines in the program. It usually consists of 5 to 7 ounces of protein (chicken, beef, fish or pork), cooked in a low fat manner like baking or grilling. You will also add vegetables to your meal. Really simple and delicious.
