To Lose Weight! How to lose 20 lbs? Lose weight fast?
Here you are again, on yet another website in your quest to make weight loss a reality in your life. You may be one of the lucky few to find my tiny, tucked away site because I am not here to make a quick buck by selling you the latest weight loss gizmo or weight loss product. Did you notice the absence of advertisements being present anywhere on this site?
The weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar business and yet it is filled with a paradox. America has more obese citizens than some nations have citizens, while spreading more money on weight loss products than most countries have to spend! I am not here to sell you a product, I am here to tell you that it is not the product that will improve your health, it is the fact that weight loss is what improves your health!
The elusive fact of improving one’s health is that the world is cluttered with so much weight loss nonsense that finding the best way to lose weight has become a massive cluster of absurdity. The average obese individual is basically confused. Also, in today’s fast-paced, “gotta have it now” world, most people do not understand, and realize that to lose weight will take a realistic amount of time. How much time it takes is what separates the legitimate claims from the bogus claims.
I have helped numerous people lose weight, and yet none of that matters. How fast I was able to coach someone into weight loss is not relevant because what you do is the only thing that matters to …YOU! My coaching is not what makes the individual healthy. What does help to lose weight is the fact that the individual is able to follow the plan that I have dedicated my personal life to using. Whether or not you would be able to lose weight, the way Sue and I have done so…simply depends on you and how closely you follow the plan.
